By using the serein.ren website and related services provided by Serein Team, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Serein Team is an independent software team. Our website, serein.ren, provides:

• Product introductions and showcases (e.g., Aero)
• A user account system (via GitHub OAuth)
• Team information and contact details

Accounts & Authentication

• We authenticate via GitHub OAuth and do not offer email/password registration
• You are responsible for ensuring that your GitHub account information is accurate and valid
• You must not share your login session with others
• If you discover that your account has been compromised, please contact us by email immediately
• You may revoke your authorization to us at any time through your GitHub settings

User Conduct

When using our services, you must not:

• Disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the website in any way
• Attempt unauthorized access to the server or database
• Use automated tools to make bulk requests or scrape website content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the website to distribute unlawful or infringing content

Intellectual Property

• The design, code and textual content of the website are owned by Serein Team
• The Aero programming language is released under the MIT open-source license; see the GitHub repository
• Users' GitHub usernames and avatars are owned by the respective GitHub users
• You may not copy, republish or redistribute the original content of the website without permission

Changes to and Interruptions of Service

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the services at any time
• We shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by server maintenance, upgrades or other reasons
• In the event of material changes, we will announce them on the website in advance

• The services are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee that the services will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted
• We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the services
